TLC Services Care Hub
Terms of Use
Last updated August 21, 2026
Authorized use
The Care Hub is for approved TLC Services administrators, employees, clients, and authorized delegates. Users must provide accurate information, protect their access link or credentials, and use the portal only for their permitted care, employment, scheduling, or billing responsibilities.
Care and emergencies
The portal supports non-medical in-home care coordination and does not replace emergency services, medical advice, or clinical care. Call 911 for an emergency and follow the client’s approved emergency plan.
Employee responsibilities
Employees must submit accurate time, location verification, care notes, incident reports, credentials, and availability. Falsification, unauthorized record access, or sharing client information may result in access revocation and employment action.
Client and delegate responsibilities
Clients and delegates may only access records for clients they are authorized to manage. Schedule requests are not confirmed until TLC Services approves them. Payment and autopay authorizations are governed by the secure payment provider’s terms.
Electronic communications
Users consent to receive operational emails such as invitations, shift reminders, schedule changes, account recovery, invoices, and care-request updates. Marketing communications require separate consent where applicable.
Access, suspension, and records
TLC may suspend or revoke access to protect clients, employees, or the service. Records may be retained for care, employment, billing, dispute, insurance, and legal requirements even after portal access ends.
