TLC Services is committed to making its website and Care Hub usable for people with disabilities, including clients, family delegates, applicants, and employees.
Design approach
The Care Hub uses keyboard-accessible controls, readable type, clear focus states, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and color contrast intended to support modern accessibility expectations. Calendar, form, and table information is also presented with text labels.
